| Here's our initial setup
Start by loading or constructing your object. To keep things nice and even, I've got Grid Mode on. Right Click Spline Array icon to show Option Panel. With object selected, left click the Spline Array icon. If you have the Help Bar on, you'll note it prompts you to 'Pick the next path point or select a path* curve'. Start drawing by left clicking away from the object...
(*You could also load a pre-existing Curve (not
Path) from a Library.
